FRANKFORT, Ky. (LEX 18) — Police have confirmed the identity of a 19-year-old woman killed in a three-vehicle crash Tuesday morning on Georgetown Road in Frankfort.

Kentucky State Police said Halle Ramos, of Georgetown, was driving east on US 460 near Woodlake Road at around 3:30 a.m. when she crossed the center lane and crashed into two other vehicles. The Franklin County Coroner said she died at the scene an hour later.

The coroner says she appeared to have been wearing a seatbelt at the time but died from injuries sustained from the crash.

Two others were treated at the scene by EMS and released.

Final autopsy and toxicology results will be available in 12 to 14 weeks. The cause of the crash is being investigated by Kentucky State Police and the Franklin County Coroner's Office.
