LOUISVILLE, Ky. (LEX 18) — Police in Louisville were investigating after a shooting Sunday morning sent one person to an area hospital.
Authorities said the shooting took place about 11 a.m. in the 100 block of the Outer Loop.
Police arriving on the scene found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.
The man was taken to the University of Louisville Medical Center. His condition was not immediately disclosed.
Police did not immediately have anyone in custody.
