ANDERSON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — The man accused of leading police on a chased that ended in a deadly crash now faces a murder charge.
Troopers say police chased David Henderson, 30, from Mercer County to Anderson County High School, where he crashed into a car leaving a football game.
Three people were hurt, including 18-year-old Jill Hurst, who later died from her injuries.
Henderson is charged with assault, wanton endangerment and murder, among other charges for the chase.
