PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– A Pulaski County man accused of a 2017 attack with a machete has been sentenced.
Cody Hall previously pleaded guilty to all charges against him, including one count of murder, two counts of first-degree assault, third-degree assault, and one count of wanton endangerment.
The Commonwealth Attorney says that Hall was under the influence of meth and thought his son was in danger when he went into the home where he injured the two women, one of whom is his half-sister, then killed 50-year-old Scott Holbrook.
Hall was sentenced to 23 years on Thursday in a Pulaski County courtroom.
