LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – Lexington police are on the scene of a shooting near the public library at Tates Creek.
The shooting occurred Tuesday afternoon on Laredo Drive about a half-block from the library. One juvenile was shot in the foot, but did not have serious injuries. He was taken to UK hospital.
Investigators believe three vehicles were involved, but they are getting conflicting stories and are still trying to piece together what happened.
Part of Laredo Drive is blocked off for the investigation.
