GATLINBURG, Tenn. (WFIE) – An Owensboro man almost had to make a bizarre insurance claim.
WFIE reports that Chad Morris, an Owensboro barber, was vacationing in Gatlinburg when he found his car being over-taken with a family of bears.
“I was telling my friends, I want to see a bear, I want to see a bear you know?” Morris told WFIE. “Been lifting weights a little bit, want to see a bear, tussle with a bear and it was like well, you get four on one, now what do you wanna do big boy? And I was like nah, I’ll pass.”
The bears caused very little damage and eventually got out of the car.
He remembered to put his windows up the next time.
