BARREN COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Police in Barren County arrested a school bus driver who they say offered money to a female juvenile in exchange for exposing her breasts.
The Barren County Sheriff’s Department said 34-year-old Randall J. Hastedt of Glasgow was arrested Tuesday afternoon.
According to authorities, Hastedt twice offered the girl $20 to show him her breasts. The incidents occurred on the school bus, officials said.
Hastedt was charged with use of a minor under the age of 18 in a sexual performance.
He was being held in the Barren County Detention Center.
