MADISON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– Main Street in Richmond has reopened following a deadly crash between an SUV and a moped.
It happened just after 11 p.m. Thursday near Main and Third streets.
Police say there were two people on the moped, but it’s unclear whether the victim was the driver or passenger.
The victim has been identified as 53-year-old Kenneth Ray Sizemore, of Richmond.
The other person was taken to UK Hospital with unknown injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
