HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) – The search for a 3-year-old Florida boy has ended in Georgetown, Kentucky.
According to WFLA, deputies said the parents of 3-year-old Joshua Mcadams failed to bring him to a medically-necessary hospital procedure last Monday. They said the parents then further refused to follow-up with lifesaving medical care Joshua needs.
The Hillsborough County Child Protective Investigations Division had a court-authorized “take into custody” order for the child.
The parents have been identified as 28-year-old Joshua Mcadams and 22-year-old Taylor Bland-Ball.
Both the boy and his parents were found in Georgetown, according to a post from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
The child is now being medically treated.
Charges are pending for both of the parents.
