GARRARD COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) – Acting on a tip, officials in Garrard County searched a cavern in connection to the disappearance of a Richmond mother.
Garrard County Police, emergency management and Camp Dick Fire and Rescue searched a cave with the assistance of Kentucky State Police.
Savannah Spurlock has been missing for three months. She was last seen Jan. 4 leaving ‘The Other Bar’ in Lexington with three men. Police say that she went to a home in Garrard County later that same night.
Members of the Camp Dick Rescue squad were lowered into the cave. Unfortunately, searchers found nothing inside the cavern.
