Officials: No Credible Evidence That Threat At High School Is Real

WOLFE COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– The Wolfe County Board of Education says that Kentucky State Police and the Wolfe County Sheriff’s Department have found no credible evidence that an alleged threat of violence at the high school exists.

They had reports of a threat that violence would happen at the high school on Tuesday.

They say KSP and the sheriff’s department investigated the rumors thoroughly and have found no credible evidence that the threat exists.

The board of education says they will have a strong police presence at Wolf County High tomorrow.
