LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) -A piece of overturned heavy equipment blocked the outer loop of New Circle Road between Nicholasville Road and Tates Creek Road for several hours Thursday afternoon.
Officials say the piece of equipment fell off the back of a truck. The incident was not weather-related.
Crews had to clean up diesel fuel and get the machine back onto a truck bed.
The road has since reopened.
