FRANKFORT, Ky. (LEX 18) – The Kentucky House of Representatives voted to unanimously pass Senate Bill 67 which would make a sex act between a human and an animal a crime.
One amendment was added to the bill by Representative Nemes. The bill will head back to Senate.

According to the bill, sexual contact is defined as “any act” committed between a person and an animal for the purpose of sexual arousal, sexual gratification, abuse or financial gain.
