TAYLOR COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– One person is dead and several more hurt after a crash in Taylor County.
It happened around 8 p.m. Thursday in Campbellsville.
The local sheriff’s office says a vehicle was heading east on Greensburg Road when it hit a deer.
The vehicle then over-corrected and crossed into the westbound lanes, causing it to collide with another vehicle.
The driver of the eastbound vehicle, identified as 62-year-old Sharon Clark, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver and two passengers of the westbound vehicle were taken to a local hospital.
