SHELBY COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)–The Shelby County Sheriff’s Department is investigating after they discovered something strange during a traffic stop Wednesday morning.
According to a Facebook post, a deputy became suspicious during the traffic stop and conducted an investigation into the occupants and vehicle.
During the search, candy molds and 34 lollipops were found. Although it looked innocent at first, further testing was done and they discovered that the candy tested positive for MDMA/Ecstasy.
