PERRY COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– One person has been arrested in connection with a Perry County murder.
It happened around 4 p.m. Wednesday on Fourseam Road off Ky 15.
Officials say a Perry County Sheriff’s Deputy on his way to work when he discovered a man lying on the road with multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim has been identified as 42-year-old Danny Ray Mullins, of Chavies.
James Ronnie McIntosh, 45, of Busy, was arrested and charged with one count of murder and one count of tampering with physical evidence.
