LOUISVILLE, Ky. (LEX 18)– The owners of a Louisville llama farm are devastated after six of their beloved llamas were found slaughtered with seven others badly hurt.
The owners found their carcasses scattered throughout the land Monday morning.
And to make matters even more complicated, officials don’t know what was behind the attack that was heard throughout the neighborhood.
“I don’t think one could have been able to keep up with all of them, and done that much damage in such a short time,” said Dale Hill, a co-owner of the farm.
For the first time in nearly two decades, the farm’s owners say they’re forced to put their animals in a barn for their protection.
