HENDERSON COUNTY, Ky. (WFIE)– A Western Kentucky man is facing several charges after he allegedly poured gas onto a car that had a mother and two children inside.
It happened late Thursday morning in Henderson.
Deputies say they were called to a home on chase road after 23-year-old Justin Krutz was trying to pour gas on the vehicle and was pointing a gun at the mother and children inside.
According to the victim, Krutz kept her from leaving and broke a rifle over the hood of the car.
The woman and children were not hurt.
Krutz is charged with wanton endangerment, terroristic threatening, and criminal mischief.
