LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– A man was arrested Tuesday night after he reportedly pointed a gun at a store employee.

Police say that back in December, Danny Conrad entered Jackson Wine and Spirits on North Limestone intoxicated trying to buy alcohol.

When the clerk refused to sell him any, he allegedly got aggressive, walked outside, then pointed a gun through the glass in the clerk’s direction.

Store employees say Conrad is a regular at the store and were able to work with police to identify him.

Conrad is in the Fayette County Detention Center charged with first-degree wanton endangerment.
