LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– Police have arrested two men in connection to an armed robbery that took place earlier this month.
Cody Skinner and Armando-Edgar Uriostegue were taken into custody around 5 p.m. Thursday in separate locations.
Police say the two approached a woman Jan. 6 in the Eastland Parkway area while armed with semi-automatic handguns and pointed the guns at the woman and her daughter.
We’re told the men stole a Michael Kors handbag from the woman and ran off.
The victim told police she knows the suspects.
They are charged with first-degree robbery.
