GREEN COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– A man is facing murder charges after an altercation with his stepfather ended with a fatal injury.
Kentucky State Police was dispatched around 1:35 p.m. Saturday to a fight complaint on Ralph Vaughn Road.
When units arrived they located 49-year-old Richard Gregory, of Greensburg, unresponsive with a severe head injury.
The investigation revealed that Richard had been involved in an altercation with his stepson, 32-year-old Robert Cundiff Jr., of Greensburg.
Cundiff was arrested at the scene and charged with murder and tampering with physical evidence.
He was lodged in the Taylor County Detention Center.
