LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– A man was arrested Monday after he allegedly tried to run his ex-girlfriend and her friend off the road.
According to an arrest citation, Nicholas Gartrell tried to run the two women off the road several times on June 7 because he was angry about the breakup.
It’s unclear where exactly in Lexington this happened.
Police say Gartrell showed “extreme indifference to human life.”
He is charged with several counts of wanton endangerment.
