Chris Francis has been charged with murder, two counts of assault, wanton endangerment, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol, and failure to maintain insurance.

The judge entered a not guilty plea. His bail was set at $250,000 cash.

Francis is due back in court on Nov. 27.
