JESSAMINE COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– Police are searching for two people accused of stealing from a delivery vehicle.
It happened Wednesday morning at St. Joseph in Nicholasville.
Police say a delivery driver pulled up to drop off medicine and while he was inside, two white males jumped in the truck and start taking stuff out.
The driver came back and confronted the men inside. They took off in a gray Nissan with black tape over the license plate.
A Nicholasville Officer caught up with the car but decided it was too dangerous to chase and loses them around Catnip Hill Road and HWY 27.
The two men got away with something, but officials don’t know what because the medicine is sealed and not labeled for safety reasons.
