LAWRENCE COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– Lawrence County Emergency Management says that crews responded to a call of two young children shot on Ramey Branch Tuesday afternoon.
According to their Facebook post, the shooting happened around 4:45 p.m.
Both of the children were transported to Cabell Huntington Hospital by ground since they were unable to use aeromedical due to the weather.
The children are both considered stable.
The incident is being investigated by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office and KSP.
