LOUISVILLE, Ky. (LEX 18)– Babies in the NICU at Norton Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Louisville got to show off their first Halloween costumes.
Hospital staff say dressing babies in costumes gives their parents a chance to celebrate their newborns, and feel like they’re part of the outside world.
The costumes were provided by the parents, hospital employees, and volunteers.
