PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– A Science Hill man was arrested Monday evening on a warrant for attempted murder.
Sheriff’s officials located 38-year-old David W. Irvin at his residence around 7 p.m. on Vaught Ridge Road in Science Hill.
Irvin was being sought for allegedly firing several shots at his neighbor, Michael Warren on Oct. 28. Warren’s residence is directly across the street from Irvin.
The victim was able to flee from his residence on foot without suffering injuries from the gunfire.
Irvin was taken into custody without incident. Two loaded handguns were recovered near the suspect at the time of his arrest.
He remains in the Pulaski County Detention Center under $500,000 cash bond.
