PIKE COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) – Two people in Pike County are accused of creating child pornography using a three year-old.
Christina Brook Mitchell and Jonathan Edward Manigault are each facing charges of producing child pornography.
Mitchell also faces a charge of distributing, while Manigault is charged with receiving.
According to the indictment, the two worked together to use Mitchell’s three year-old daughter in pornography.
Mitchell is currently jailed in Pike County, where she has been since being arrested by Pikeville Police in June. An arrest warrant has been issued for Manigault.
The two suspects face at least 15 years in prison if convicted, and up to 30 years.
