CLAY COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– A man is dead after having a medical episode and falling from a tree stand.
65-year-old Daniel Chappell, of Science Hill, was found around 8 p.m. Wednesday in the Johns Creek area.
He was reportedly found lying 12 to 20 feet underneath the tree stand he was using to hunt.
The coroner’s office has determined that Chappell had a significant medical history and there was no foul play leading to his death.
