MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– A person is injured after they were allegedly stabbed near a fast food restaurant in Mt. Sterling.
Dispatch confirms that an assault took place Tuesday night at the Dairy Queen on Camargo Road.
They say police were not called to the scene, but notified about the incident when the victim drove himself to St. Joseph Hospital in Mt. Sterling.
He was later taken UK Hospital by EMS around 11:48 p.m.
The condition of the man is not known.
Mt. Sterling Police have opened an investigation into this incident.
