Abused Dog Seeking Second Home

LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – The Lexington Humane Society is helping an abused dog find a second chance.

Lola, a Brittany Spaniel mix, was rescued from an abusive home where she was strangled, beaten and violently thrown.

Lola’s story was released as part of a matching donation campaign which asks for money to help animals. If you are interested in adopting Lola, visit their website and fill out a First Contact registration form.

Data on domestic violence cases shows animals are often targeted by those who abuse their partners. LHS
