Three people were killed in that crash. Back in August, Warren and his employer were ordered to pay judgments for the victims.
The indictment filed in Nelson County Circuit Court, states Warren is accused of recklessly handling his vehicle, causing the deaths of three people and seriously injuring a fourth.
