UPDATE: Copper Creek Road is back open.
ROCKCASTLE COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– The driver of a semi is OK following an accident in Rockcastle County.
It happened Thursday morning on Copper Creek Road, before Hwy 150.
Police say a semi hauling wood pellets came across a car on the road. When the driver tried to avoid the car, he went too far over and the semi slid over onto its side.
They noted the semi was too large for the roadway and shouldn’t have been on it.
No one was seriously hurt.
