(LEX 18)– Kentucky State Police served an indictment warrant for a Casey County man on September 21.
Officials say that around 7:19 p.m. on September 21, the indictment was served on 36-year-old Joshua Gayde, of Dunnville.
Trooper Nick Davis presented the case to the Adair County Grand Jury resulting in an indictment being returned on Gayde for Rape 1st with the victim less than 12 years old and sexual abuse 1st degree, with the victim under 12 years old.
Gayde was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
