LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– One person is injured following an accident involving a school bus.
It happened just before 8 a.m. on Wellington Way.
Police say a grey Honda was turning left onto Wellington Way when the driver crashed into a silver Mercedes that was oncoming on Clays Mill. When hit, the Mercedes spun off, hit the school bus and clipped a mini van, which were both stopped waiting at the light.
All kids on the bus have been transferred to another bus and are on their way to school.
There was one minor injury, the driver whose car crashed into the bus.
