BATH COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A man has been arrested and charged with complicity to commit murder in the death of another man in Bath County.
Jail officials confirm to LEX 18 that 32-year-old Micheal Walker was arrested. He's being held in the Rowan County Detention Center.
Dispatchers told LEX 18 that the coroner was called to the scene at around 6:20 a.m. on Adams Road. The coroner says the shooting happened around 5:30 a.m. Monday.

The coroner says the man, 44-year-old Earl Stephens, died from his injuries. Police say his body was taken to Frankfort for an autopsy, which is scheduled for Tuesday.
