SCOTT COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — The Scott County government has issued a curfew on minors and a ban on groups of more than 10 in public places.

The executive order was posted in full on the agency's Facebook page.

According to the order, no one 18 or younger can be in public unattended from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. The measure allows exemptions for minors accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or engaged in work.

The provision preventing groups greater than 10 from congregating in public allows for greater numbers of unaffiliated people to be present at places such as groceries.
