FRANKFORT, Ky. (LEX 18) — Two COVID-19 testing sites will open up in Lexington starting next Monday.

The Kentucky Department for Public Health is partnering with the University of Kentucky and UK Healthcare to begin drive-up COVID-19 testing on UK's campus starting on August 24. The university is continuing its partnership with WildHealth, a Lexington-based company currently conducting COVID-19 testing for university students and employees.

"Whether it's those college students that are returning right now, or getting our students back into the classroom ... making sure that we have available, easy testing is critical," said Gov. Beshear.
