LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — The Lexington Lions Club announced Thursday that the 2020 Bluegrass Fair has been cancelled.
Officials say the decision to cancel was not made lightly.
The fair was scheduled to be held June 4-14 at Lexington's Masterson Station Park.
They say in order to keep the public and volunteers safe and healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic, officials made the decision to cancel.
Officials concluded a press release by saying, "Stay safe and healthy. We will see you in June 2021."
