JOHNSON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — W.R. Castle and Oil Springs Fire and Rescue worked together on Friday morning to rescue six people from homes surrounded by water in Van Lear.
Officials say they also went door-to-door in the Silk Stocking Loop area to check on residents.
