Fugitive Wanted By FBI Out Of Kentucky Captured In Ohio

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (LEX 18) – The Federal Bureau of Investigation out of Louisville announced the capture of fugitive Bryan D. Conley.

Reportedly on June 21st, Conley took off his ankle monitor near Smiths Grove Kentucky on Interstate 65.

FBI officials say Conley was released while awaiting trial on interstate threatening communications charges stemming from his arrest in January.

Conley had tried to ransom the parents of a woman from Tennessee.

He was supposed to appear in U.S. District court on the day he took off.

On Saturday evening Conley was reportedly captured in Ada, Ohio.

FBI officials say a concerned citizen contacted them about their encounter with Conley.

He was taken into custody without incident.
