TOLEDO, Ohio (NBC News) — A baby polar bear made its first appearance Friday at a zoo in Ohio.
Baby Bo, short for Borealis, joined his mom, Crystal, in the outside Arctic Encounter exhibit at the Toledo Zoo.
Kids from local schools got see Bo run around and eat bits of fish and vegetables.
Zoo officials say cubs are about a foot long and weigh about 1 pound at birth.
Bo seems to be growing quickly. Now 4 months old, he already weighs about 120 pounds.
