LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – One lucky UK student walked away from ESPN’s College GameDay a whole lot richer after making an incredible half-court shot.
The chance to shoot for some cash was a part of the festivities filmed by ESPN all day long at Memorial Coliseum ahead of the highly anticipated #5 Kentucky vs. #1 Tennessee basketball game.
McKinley Webb sunk the improbable shot to win $19,000. After the ball swished through the net, Webb was mobbed by the team as he celebrated.
