LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – Lexington police are looking for a woman who tried to rob a hotel.
Police tell us a woman wearing a hoodie walked into The Inn on Broadway and indicated that she had a gun, though one was never shown.
Reportedly she tried to get over the counter to steal the cash drawer but couldn’t do it. Eventually she gave up and left without taking anything.
Police officers are looking for the woman, she could face attempted robbery charges. Anyone with information should give them a call.
