Here comes the rain… again. A developing low will head northeast and with this track push accumulating snow north across the Great Lakes and keep the Commonwealth soaked in a round of cold, miserable, January rain.
Expect overcast skies with patchy drizzle and highs in the low/mid 40s Wednesday. Rain develops Thursday with highs still in the 40s- it may start out as a brief rain/snow mix up north early in the morning.
