LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Lexington police said they were investigating after a pedestrian was struck Wednesday night by a vehicle on the city’s east side.
Authorities said someone was driving on Winchester Road when they hit a man crossing the street.
Police said the driver pulled over into the Murphy Camera parking lot.
Officials said the pedestrian had serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said they believe the crash was alcohol-related and the driver has been arrested.
