Gwin was pronounced dead by the Breathitt County Coroner’s Office. According to a release from KSP, he was not wearing a seat belt.

The driver of the Camry, Benton Lockhart, 21, of Hazard was taken to a nearby hospital where he was treated for minor injuries. KSP officials report that he was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
