(BBC) – Police in Blackpool, England didn’t expect a post of a shoplifter to go completely viral, but the thief’s resemblance to a certain ‘Friend’ made the post travel across the pond.
The suspect captured stealing in surveillance video looked exactly like actor David Schwimmer, best known for his role as Ross Gellar in ‘Friends.’
The comments on the post were a collection of the show’s most memorable quotes.
Schwimmer noticed the response and provided a video alibi for police in Blackpool.
