LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Lexington man is in jail after being accused of sexually abusing a minor.
Police arrested 40-year-old Joshua Roberts on Thursday afternoon on East Main Street.
Police say he had sexual contact on several occasions with a victim who was younger than 16.
Roberts also is accused of using a cellphone to procure sexually explicit images of a minor.
He was facing several charges, including sexual abuse and sodomy.
Roberts was being held in Fayette County Detention Center.
