LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– The 16th annual Lexington Bluegrass Area Minority Business Expo kicks off Friday at the convention center.
The expo is a chance for minority and women owned business to network and attend workshops to grow their companies.
Doors open at 7:30 a.m. with a continental breakfast provided.
The expo officially begins at 8:30 a.m. with remarks from the co-chairs and a morning keynote speech.
There will be several breakout sessions, lunch, and opportunities for networking.
The day wraps up with the "business opportunity exchange" — a matchmaking event between businesses and attendees.
